Product Description
The special single-phase dry-type distribution transformer is a DC series product designed by ZHEJIANG ROOQ ELECTRIC CO., LTD. for artificial diamond processing industry. It has the characteristics of reasonable structure, safe and reliable, convenient maintenance, convenient installation and short production cycle, and its performance has reached the domestic advanced level. The core of special single-phase dry-type transformer is made of silicon steel sheet with high magnetic conductivity, which can reduce the loss of transformer core. The primary conductor adopts double glass fiber wrapped flat copper wire, the secondary conductor adopts red copper, and the winding adopts the whole dip painting process, so as to meet the requirements of insulation, heat resistance and moisture resistance.
Ambient temperature：
1. Max temperature +40℃，Daily average max temperature +30℃，Max yearly average temperature +20℃.
2. The elevation should not be beyond 1000m.
3. The voltage waveform for the power supply is almost like sine wave and three-phase power supply voltage is approximately symmetric.
4. Special conditions of use
Provided in the clients’ inquiry sheet in detail (such as, high elevation and ambient temperature higher than 40℃, etc.)
